CAVD - Comelit Active UTP CCTV Video Balun Kit, Receiver and Transmitter
The Comelit CAVD is an active CCTV video balun kit that is designed for transmitting video and data over unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable. The CAVD is a complete kit that includes a Transmitter (CAVD-T), Receiver (CAVD-R), and power supply. This CCTV video balun provides the availability to deliver color video and quality data up to 3000 feet, the CAVD is ideal for PTZ speed domes in a wide array of commercial and industrial surveillance applications.
The CAVD eliminates the need for costly coaxial cables and allows multiple functions via an unshielded cable. It features a built in amplifier, surge protection, LED status indication, and simple installation. The CAVD is ideal for hospitality, casinos, industrial, educational facilities, and hospital surveillance applications.
