106190 - Platinum Tools RJ45 Cat6A 10Gig Shielded Connector, 100 Pack

The Platinum Tools 106190 RJ45 Cat6A 10Gig Shielded Connectors ensure maximum performance and ease of installation in a shielded network installation. These shielded connectors are designed for use with Cat6E, Cat6A, Cat7 & over-sized Cat5e/6 industrial Ethernet cables.

The key to successful terminations is to use the connectors that properly support the outer diameter of the cable you are using, while supporting the outer diameter of the cable pairs within the cable.  The 106190 connectors will support any Cat6e, Cat6A, and Cat 7 cables with a maximum outer diameter of 0.335”/8.5mm and conductors with a maximum outer diameter of 0.053”/1.35mm. 

Note: The Platinum Tools 106190 Shielded Connectors must be terminated using the Platinum Tools 106190 Tele-TitanXg Cat6A 10Gig Crimp Tool.  We also recommend using the Platinum Tools 12360 External Ground Crimp Tool for a proper installation.
