Return/Exchange Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

CablingPlus offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items. To initiate a return, please contact us at (858) 332-2358 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be unused and in original condition. The guarantee period begins from the transaction date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a company error. Items not received within 30 days of the RMA issue date are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened batteries
• Transformers
• Wire
• Software

Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be exchanged unless found defective upon receipt. Defective products may be exchanged for store credit or refunded.

Return Shipping Requirements

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in resalable condition with original packaging intact and unmarked manuals. All programming must be reset to factory defaults. The RMA number must appear clearly on the package exterior.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return stems from a company error. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Non-compliant returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
