Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping
All orders placed with CablingPlus before 1:00 PM PST usually ship the same day (not including weekends and holidays). We operate Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Standard shipping uses UPS Ground within the continental US and Canada.
Rush Orders

Oversized & Special Orders
Oversized shipments may incur additional charges. Incorrect addresses and refused shipments will result in return-to-shipper fees charged to the customer.
Missing Items
Claims for missing items must be filed with the carrier within 5 days of delivery. Multi-brand orders may arrive in separate shipments if they contain non-stock items. Cabling Plus covers shipping costs for corrections caused by company error; customer-initiated changes are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Goods
Report any damage immediately to both the carrier and CablingPlus. Please retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection. We use heavy-duty packaging to minimize damage during transit.
Product Shortages
Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any discrepancies in their order.
International Shipping & Tracking
International customers are responsible for all customs and brokerage fees. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment via UPS.com. For questions about international shipping rates and policies, please contact us directly.
